We offer no-hassle, easy returns & exchanges. Please read our return policy below to proceed with a return or exchange. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Earrings, hats, hair accessories, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free condition. Original tags must be attached.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method for all returns.
Return & Exchange Instructions:
- Start your return at our online returns center. (For Exchanges: When prompted, provide the item name, size, and color for the item you would like to exchange for.)
- Pack the item(s) you are returning, and send to our mailing address listed below.
- For your convenience, we offer pre-paid return shipping labels. We will deduct $5.95 ($14.95 International) from your refund for the return shipping & handling costs if you decide to use this service. A label will be emailed once we receive and process your return request.
- Once we receive and process your return, we will send a confirmation email. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
- The original form of payment will be credited. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.
- Exchange items ship in 1-3 business days after we receive your return, and we will send you an email with the tracking information.
- Exchange items ship free for domestic orders. If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
- If the requested exchange items are not in stock, we will issue you a refund instead.

Damaged or defective items:
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any damaged or defective items. Customer Service is available Monday thru Friday 10am-5pm EST.
