Return Policy:

We offer no-hassle, easy returns & exchanges. Please read our return policy below to proceed with a return or exchange. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • Earrings, hats, hair accessories, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free condition. Original tags must be attached. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method for all returns.

Return & Exchange Instructions:

  1. Start your return at our online returns center. (For Exchanges: When prompted, provide the item name, size, and color for the item you would like to exchange for.)
  2. Pack the item(s) you are returning, and send to our mailing address listed below.
  3. For your convenience, we offer pre-paid return shipping labels. We will deduct $5.95 ($14.95 International) from your refund for the return shipping & handling costs if you decide to use this service. A label will be emailed once we receive and process your return request. 
  4. Once we receive and process your return, we will send a confirmation email. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
  5. The original form of payment will be credited. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.
  6. Exchange items ship in 1-3 business days after we receive your return, and we will send you an email with the tracking information. 
  7. Exchange items ship free for domestic orders. If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. 
  8. If the requested exchange items are not in stock, we will issue you a refund instead.

Damaged or defective items:

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Please email our customer service team at support@daileedose.com prior to returning any damaged or defective items. Customer Service is available Monday thru Friday 10am-5pm EST.
